• You understand that prescription lenses are custom-made and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect

Rimloo is not responsible for any discomfort or vision issues resulting from an incorrect or outdated prescription provided by the customer.

We aim to deliver your orders within the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that custom-made prescription lenses and personalised products may not be eligible for return unless they have a manufacturing defect.
