Currency and Pricing

Prices on our website are displayed in the currency based on your location:

  • United States — USD ($)
  • Canada — CAD (CA$)
  • India — INR (₹)

For India, all displayed prices are inclusive of GST. For the United States and Canada, prices are shown before tax, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Payment Security

Your payment security is our top priority. All transactions are processed through trusted, PCI-compliant payment providers:

  • Stripe — For customers paying in USD and CAD
  • Razorpay — For customers paying in INR

Your credit card and payment details are handled directly by these providers and are never stored on Rimloo's servers. All payment data is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

Order Confirmation

Your order is confirmed only after we receive successful payment from the payment provider. Once confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and reference number.

If your payment fails or is declined, no charges will be applied and you will be notified to try again with a different payment method.

Taxes

Tax treatment varies based on your shipping location:

  • India (INR) — All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). The GST component is shown at checkout for your reference, but no additional tax is added to the displayed price.
  • United States (USD) & Canada (CAD) — Applicable state or provincial sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and added to your order total. The estimated tax amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Failed and Declined Payments

If your payment is declined or fails during checkout, please try the following:

  • Verify that your card details are entered correctly
  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds
  • Contact your bank to check if the transaction was blocked
  • Try a different payment method

Refunds

Refunds for eligible returns are processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds are processed through the same payment gateway used for the original purchase (Stripe or Razorpay). Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your statement.
